  7. and easier to defend.

  9. Our Intelligence operatives have
  10. intercepted a copy of the enemies'
  11. plan, 'Conglomeration'.

  13. They plan to turn the dark Lord's earth
  14. military site into an impregnable
  15. fortress by centralizing much of its
  16. attack force.

  18. This would allow the Dark forces
  19. sustained control over a significant
  20. airspace, while making future attacks
  21. on the site extremely difficult.

  23. This operation is already underway, so
  24. an immediate strike is needed if we
  25. are to succeed. Eliminate as many ground
  26. targets as possible and destroy all of
  27. the aerial defenses.
